Who We Are

We are a group of Ethiopians working across civil society, private, and public sector who believe that the major problem of our country is poor productivity stemming from cultural and mindset challenges.


Vision

Our vision is for Ethiopia to become one of the most competitive countries in Africa by the year 2050.


Mission

Serving all sectors to increase the productivity of Ethiopia.

Goals

The focus is on prioritizing productivity as a key agenda across all sectors in Ethiopia, ensuring it is central to every development plan, program, and initiative, while also enhancing the competitiveness of both private and public sectors.

Objectives

The objectives include raising awareness about the detrimental aspects of the culture related to work and commitment, providing training for leaders, politicians, businesspersons, and change agents to help them understand the country's multidimensional challenges, and shifting the mindset of the youth towards a stronger work ethic.
